Another schedule of cinematographer-turned-director Velraj’s Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2 commenced yesterday in Chennai. Actresses Amy Jackson and Samantha were upbeat about joining the team again for shooting. The team also posted a couple of pictures from the set which created a buzz on the social networking sites.
Actress Samantha has now joined the VIP2 sets once again, after wrapping up the Suriya-starrer 24 in Nashik and Mumbai. Actress Amy Jackson, meanwhile, is back in Chennai after having finished shooting for her Hindi film Singh Is Bling with Akshay Kumar.
Actress Radikaa Sarath Kumar also tweeted that she and the entire team were ‘surprised with Amy’s improvement in Tamil’.
Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2‘s star cast includes Dhanush, Samantha and Amy Jackson in the lead roles while Sathish, Radikaa Sarath Kumar and KS Ravikumar will be seen in supporting roles. Composer Anirudh Ravichander will be scoring the music for this film.
