The audio launch of Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming film, Dharma Durai, will officially take place on 3 August, confirm sources. The music is by known composer Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is currently associated with multiple projects in 2016, including Silambarasan’s (STR) highly awaited film Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan also called AAA. While two tracks ‘Nee’ (which he sang) and ‘Solli Tholaiyema’ from his film Yaakkai, were released in February and July respectively, Dharma Durai‘s audio launch will officially mark the music director’s first proper release of the year. Yatchan and Massu Engira Masilamani from last year his last official releases.

Dharma Durai‘s audio launch is taking place exactly a day after Vikram’s Iru Mugan whose music is composed by Harris Jayaraj. Iru Mugan recently released a teaser of one of the songs ‘Halena‘ starring Vikram and Nayanthara.
Directed by Seenu Ramasamy, who is known for his National Award-winning film Thenmerku Paruvakaatru, Dharma Durai features Vijay Sethupathi and Tamannaah in the lead. The cast of the film also includes Aishwarya Rajesh of Kaaka Muttai fame and Srushti Dange. The trailer of the film will also be launched on the same day.
While some have been speculating that the film will release on 12 August, sources close to the film’s crew are yet to confirm the same.
