Arka Mediaworks, the banner that produced SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali, has joined hands with character entertainment company Graphic India to create comic books, novels, animation and gaming based on the war-drama. The company has already started working on an animated project, tentatively titled as Baahubali: The Lost Legends.

The shooting of the second part of the film, Baahubali : The Conclusion, is underway. The film is slated to release in 2017.
“Extending the World of Baahubali beyond movies allows us to reach a larger audiences and that is really exciting for me, ” said SS Rajamouli in an official press statement. Producer Shobu Yarlagadda of Arka Mediaworks said, “Having created so many iconic stories and characters, there is no one more equipped than Graphic India, to take the story of Baahubali forward. We are very excited for what’s to come.”
