Irumbu Kuthirai, starring actor Atharvaa, has been given a U certificate and will hit theatres on August 29. Debutant Yuvaraj Bose directs the film. At a recent event, Yuvraj said, “The protagonist’s life becomes topsy-turvy because he jumps a road signal once. Through this film, we convey the importance of being disciplined while riding.” The filmmaker also revealed that Atharvaa wore a helmet in the sequences where he rides a bike.
Priya Anand pairs opposite Atharvaa, while Raai Laxmi plays his friend. Real life racer Alisha Abdullah will be seen in an integral role along with actor Johnny Tri Nguyen of 7aum Arivu Fame. The songs composed by GV Prakash Kumar were released recently. Irumbu Kuthirai‘s shooting took place in Italy and Puducherry.
