Jurassic World Exceeds Everybody’s Expectations

Who’d have thought Dinosaurs would still be so much fun? The makers of Jurassic Park obviously did and they’re grinning all the way to the bank. The re-boot of the franchise has proved its mettle at the Box Office, and has fetched a cool 500 million (and counting) for its producer Universal Studios. Led by stars Chris Pratt ( a favourite after his stint on last year’s hugely popular Guardians of the Galaxy) and Bryce Dallas Howard, the film became the first ever film to cross the 500 mil mark. That too in its opening weekend. With such an impressive run, sources say that the possibility of a sequel is already being thoroughly investigated by the powers that be. A joyful event no doubt, for its unlikely leading man, who played second fiddle to Amy Poehler for so many years on that show. As for Bryce Dallas Howard, we all know no one is going to be mistaking her for a certain Oscar winner from now on.
