Telugu director Krish, who was expected to work with actor Daggubati Venkatesh on what would have been Daggubati’s 75th film, has now shelved the project, according to reports. According to Deccan Chronicle, the two have decided to work on the film at a later point.
According to a source in the report, the reason the film has been postponed is because the filmmakers have not been able to acquire the rights of the novel on which the film’s story is based.
The Gautamiputra Satakarni director has reportedly moved on to another project, which is expected to have another A-list Telugu star on board. The details of the other project haven’t yet been announced.

Meanwhile, Venkatesh, too, has moved on to another project and is likely to star in director Puri Jagannadh’s next. The actor might even produce this film along with his brother Suresh Babu, with reports suggesting that he liked the script so much that he doesn’t want to compromise on the budget.
Venkatesh has another film in the pipeline, Aadallu Meeku Joharlu directed by Kishore Tirumala. The film is a coming-of-age romance with some comedy.
