Shamili, actress Shalini Ajithkumar’s sister, might play the female lead in KS Ravikumar upcoming Tamil-Kannada bilingual, which has Sudeep in the lead role. This will be the first solo hero project of the actor, who is a big star in Kannada and Telugu industries.

According to a TOI report, talks are on with Shamili, but the makers are yet to sign her officially for the project. The film, touted to be a thriller, is slated to begin by the end of this month.
Ravikumar’s previous project Lingaa, starring Rajinikanth, was a disaster at the boxoffice.
Shamili, who was popular as a child artist, was last seen in a Telugu film Oy, which had Siddharth in the lead. Her roles in the films like Anjali and Durga are memorable.
