Hansika Motwani recently released the next poster of her 50th film Maha. It features her sitting in a bath tub filled with blood, holding a gun in her hand.
The film’s first two posters, which released in December, have been mired in controversy. The first poster showed her smoking chillum in a place like Varnasi. A court case was filed against her for this. The second poster, which released on December 25, showed her praying in front of a Mosque as a shadow of her was holding a gun.
In the third poster, Hansika in the blood bath tub, is in a room with a small window. There are blown out candles and the place looks old and haunted.

In December, a case was filed against the actress over the film’s first look poster. It featured her smoking in saffron clothes, sitting on a grand chair, in a place like Varanasi in the background.

Talking about Srikanth’s role in the film, the director told Times Of India, “He plays an important role and the character offers him ample scope to perform. It is a character that comes with an element of surprise and also demands a bit of a physical transformation. It will be a new look altogether.”
Denying speculations that the actor’s role was that of a villain, the director said, “No, this will be a nice role for Srikanth. Also, something that hasn’t been done previously by him. When I wrote the character, I felt that he would be apt for it as he hasn’t done something like this.” He added that Srikanth’s first look will be revealed in the coming days.
Hansika was last seen in Thuppakki Munai with Vikram Prabhu. It was directed by Dinesh Selvaraj. Her upcoming project is in the action thriller 100, with Atharvaa, directed by Sam Anton of Darling fame.
