Vanavarayan Vallavarayan will now release on September 12. The film was earlier scheduled to release on September 5, but has been postponed due to reasons unknown. Promoted as a rollicking entertainer, the film follows two brothers – played by Ma Ka Pa Anand and Kreshna. Monal Gajjar plays the love interest and makes her Tamil debut with this film.
Yesteryear actress Sowcar Janaki will be seen in a pivotal role while actors Thambi Ramaiah, SPB Charan and Kovai Sarala form the supporting cast. Vanavarayan Vallavarayan is directed by Rajamohan while Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music. The audio was launched on May 5 and had the distinction of being the first Yuvan album of the year 2014.
