The film will be released in Kannada and Telugu languages.
Releasing the Tamil version of the poster, Dhanush tweeted, “Happy to share #Simha’s Next has been titled as #VasanthaMullai All the very best to the entire team.”
The poster of Vasantha Mullai features the actor standing in the rain, in the middle of a forest holding a crossbow.
While Daggubati released the poster’s Telugu version, Shetty shared the Kannada version.
“Glad to announce #Simha’s Next has been titled as #VasanthaKokila. Best wishes to the entire team,” Shetty wrote.
Vasantha Mullai also stars Kashmira in the lead role. The film is directed by debutant Ramanan Purushothama and is bankrolled by SRT Entertainment and Mudhra’s Film Factory. Rajesh Murugan, who has worked in Neram and Premam, has composed music. While Gopi Amarnath is handling cinematography, Vivek Harshan is on the edit.
Shetty also announced that Simha will be making his debut in Kannada films with a cameo appearance in his upcoming film 777 Charlie. Sharing the poster of 777 Charlie, featuring himself and Simha, Shetty wrote: “All smiles and excited as I welcome the stellar @actorsimha to the #777Charlie family on his very special day. Happy Birthday, so immensely happy to have you in our cinematic journey.”
777 Charlie, helmed by Kiranraj K, will also feature Raj B Shetty and Danish Sait in cameo roles.

Simha was last seen in the Amazon Prime Video Tamil anthology film Putham Pudhu Kaalai, where he played a thug in Miracle helmed by Karthik Subbaraj. His upcoming film Seerum Puli, the biopic of Velupillai Prabhakaran, leader of Tamil Tigers or Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, will soon be going on floors. Simha will also be teaming up with Vikram Rajeshwar for a gangster saga.
