The title of Vijay’s next project, fondly called as Vijay59, is likely to be revealed after the release of the actor’s forthcoming film Puli. Reportedly, titles such as Moondru Mugam and Vettri are being considered.
Puli, one of the most awaited releases of the year, will release on October 1.

The film’s crew will soon travel to Goa for the second schedule, and then to China for the third schedule which is expected to go on for 25 days. Actress Samantha and Radhika Sarath Kumar, who are a part of the team, have completed their portions in the first schedule. Also, it has been reported that music director GV Prakash has completed the film’s audio album, for which Vijay has recorded two songs. Music Composer Deva has also sung a ‘local-gaana’ number in the film. Vijay59 is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, and is expected to be a Pongal 2016 release.
