Sridevi Returns to Tamil

Actress Sridevi has finally given her nod to director Chimbudeven’s film starring Vijay. It comes as a pleasant surprise to many, considering she’s said to have declined quite a few scripts with Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan. A fantasy thriller, the movie would have A R Rahman scoring music while rumours are rife about Shruti Haasan playing the lead. Sridevi had earlier made a successful comeback in Gowri Shinde’s English Vinglish in 2012, which was later dubbed in Tamil and Telugu.
